how do I find the values of the parameter s for which the system has a unique solution in this problem?

3sx - 3y = 4
-6x - sy = 1

I already setuped the matrix vector equation but don't know what else. I also did det A = 0 where I got +-4 but don't know if that was the right method. how do I solve this problem?

afterwards how do I find all values of s such that the system above has a unique solution, find that solution?

The determinant is a fine way to do this.
