P(4|1)=.5
P(2|1)=.5
P(1|4)=1
P(1|2)={1\over 3}
P(5|2)={1\over 3}
P(3|2)={1\over 3}
P(2|3)=1
P(6|5)=.5
P(2|5)=.5

All other conditionals are zero.
