We may have trouble helping you answer Q1. The meaning of the matrix A is probably something specific you may find in your textbook or notes.

Is there more to the problem? I don't understand Q2-4. Q4 doesn't make sense to me because I saw no "10"s in the problem statement. And I don't know how the sectors are being represented. And I don't know what the significant of the "x"s are.

I just feel like the first half of the problem didn't make it to your post.
