i understand the Fe part
how they got the bottom equation
i cant see how the electrons are passed
it seems like the oxigen are passed too
??

looks like a cell joined by a bridge. If u have a table of oxidizing and reducing agents, then u can use it to understand how they resolved the formula for the anode and cathode. Remember that water stills counts even though it is not mention in the problem
