I am sorry to ask this question at here but may I ask if there is any optimization forum to recommend please? I want to find a forum where I can discuss the optimization problems especially. Thanks a lot!

There isn't an optimization forum specifically, but these types of problems would be most appropriate under the Applied Mathematics forum.
