Pls tell me how to keep the line break?

I mean, if I want to keep line space between the theorem and statement.

If I type theorem and statement in latex, output is

Theorem Let.......,
So I want output like this;

Theorem

Let......

Thanx

no that is not the case.
if we start theorem like this
\newtheorem{thm}{Theorem}
\begin{thm}
Let........
\end{thm}, then output comes
Theorem Let...

So i want to keep line between the thm and statement.

\end{thm}
