We are using chem 3d pro to make molecules and I made cyclohexene. Should all of the single C-C bonds be the same length? They aren't on my model and I thought they woudl be so I'm not sure why? Please help quick!!!

If you are making cyclehexEne... then, no, it won't be the same.

Think about it, there is a double bond in the ring, which means that there is not only the regular sigma bonds (those cause the single bonds), but pi bonds as well.
