I know about computer programming, but I'm not expert in math.

I know Computer Graphics is all based on math knowledge.

Please, could someone tell me which theorical math should I study to be able to make something like that?

I will appreciate a lot any help.

Thanks in advance.

Linear algebra and vector calculus would be the places to start.

Have you checked out an electrical engineering textbook such as Gonzalez & Woods: Digital Image Processing?

You might also consider studying Lie Groups. SO(3), the group of rotations, should be of particular interest.
