prove
(Qx) · (Qy) = x · y

given
(Qx+Qy) · (Qx+Qy) = ||x+y||
||Qx||=||x||
||Qy||=||y||

ie can't do this - <Qx,Qy>=(Qx)^(T)Qy=(x^T)(Q^T)Qy
or use the 1/4th identity
