what vector?

For any field K, K is a perfectly good K-vectorspace. On the other hand, a K-vectorspace V need not carry a field structure (it might not even be a ring).

Is k a vector?
if it is, what the difference between it to scalar that called M?

That explanation is only true if the field is (\mathbb{R} or subfields of \mathbb{R}) and the vector space is a normed space. It doesn't make sense when it is, e.g., \mathbb{C} as a \mathbb{C}-vector space, or the space of rational functions of n variables over a field k of positive characteristic.

If that was directed at me, I meant what class are you learning about vectors in and what kinds of things are they being used for? It doesn't seem like you are really asking about true, general vectors.
