S.O.S. Mathematics CyberBoard

Is it ok to post questions from old Putnam exams? (ones that can be found online/in books). I've seen a few here but a lot of people have been getting banned for posting questions from other competitions and I just want to be sure.

Some people live their lives by the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid), but I prefer a slightly different one:
Make It Fun And Complicate It Further, or MIFACIF. Ever try and find the volume of a cube in spherical coordinates?

Old competition questions are fine. People were banned because they posted problems from current competitions, most likely in order to cheat.
