how do I write this in an equation: You drop the rubber ball from height h. It bounces back 60% of its original height. write an equation you can use to find h. (60% is 27 in. how do i find an answer for h)

60 per cent means 60/100, so it bounces back to 60/100 times h or 0.6h.

You know that this is 27, so you get 0.6h=27, and so you multiply by 100/60 or 10/6 or 5/3 on both sides to get h=(5/3)*27.
