 Post subject: Transposition of numbers

Can I call these 2 numbers as having been transposed?

"45" = "54"

the positions of the digits have been switched,is that transposition?

I usually call this transposition of digits. That way you can talk about

123456789 and 124356789 having two digits transposed.
