Do you mean 7^{-6}\times 7^{4}?

You titled this "negative equations and zeros", but I see neither equations nor zeros! There is a negative exponent but that is all. If you are supposed to simplify 7^-6X7^4, you multiply exponents by adding them so:

7^-6*7^4=
7^-2= 1/49
